Gymnastics

NSB Flip Factory offers classes in gymnastics that focus on skill development utilizing the vault, bars, beam and floor. All classes are designed to teach children quality gymnastics technique so that if they choose to compete in the sport they have the foundation to do so and excel. If they choose not to compete these classes provided kids with foundations and skills that can transfer to many other sports.

 

 

Gymnastics

NSB Flip Factory Gymnastics focuses on the development of basic gymnastics skills on the vault, bars, balance beam, floor exercise and trampoline as well as motor skill development, and fitness. The class is designed around a skill chart containing four levels which helps children set goals and track their progress.

 

Age:

5 – 7 year olds (must complete at least ½ year of kindergarten)

8 – 10 year olds

11 years and up

1 hour / week – (8:1 ratio)

$70 / month

 

 

Dynamos

This class is designed for the children who wish to pursue competitive level gymnastics. The class is very structured and focuses on perfecting skill technique, acquiring more advanced skills, as well as building strength and flexibility. This class will give children who are interested in competitive gymnastics a solid foundation of technique so that they are able to quickly progress on to advanced level gymnastics.

2 – 1½ hour sessions / week

$150 / month

 

 

Competitive Level 1

These classes follow the USA Gymnastics competitive routines.  The gymnasts in this class will participate in 3 – 5 meets per year in the Central Florida Area.  In addition to the weekly training fees the gymnasts in the group are required to pay for competition uniforms and meet fees.

2 – 2½ hour sessions / week

$175 / month

 

 

Competitive Level 2

These classes follow the USA Gymnastics Competitive routines.  They gymnasts in this class will participate in 5-7 meets per year in the Central Florida area. In addition to the weekly training fees, the gymnasts are required to pay for competition uniforms and meet fees.

3 – 3 hour sessions / week

$200 / month

 

 

For maximum results we encourage children to participate in classes two times per week. Combinations such as gymnastics and a Jump Smart Class or Fit Kids and Tumbling are just two examples of the endless ways to mix and match classes!

 

20% off 2nd and 3rd class / child.

 

Annual Registration Fee:  $50 per family. With this fee our NSB Flip Factory members receive an exclusive discount on open gym, birthday parties, special events, and in the pro shop.

 

 

 

Preschool Gymnastics

A unique curriculum to NSB Flip Factory, these classes were designed to teach children academic concepts while moving, developing motor skills, gymnastics skills, and having fun!  They were inspired by a combination of research on brain integration and learning, the effect physical activity has on academic performance, and experience teaching gymnastics and fitness to children.

 

Toddler and Me

This class is designed for children walking to 2 years old.  An adult (mom, dad, aunt, uncle etc….) is with the child for the duration of the class.  Children will learn basic gross motor skills, social skills, listening skills and just HAVE FUN! The lesson is different every week providing the children with a variety of engaging physical activities that will stimulate their development.

 

Age:  walking to 3 years

50 minutes / week (10:1 Ratio)

$70 / month

 

 

3 – 4 Year Olds

This class is designed for 3 year olds. The focus is basic letter, color and number recognition combined with the development of basic gymnastics movements, gross motor skills, physical literacy, listening and social skills. The children participate in a wide variety of purposeful and engaging physical activities that stimulate their development both physically and academically.  Jump stars classes work around 4 goal and reward charts to help children chart their accomplishments.

 

1 hour / week (6:1 ratio)

$70 / month

 

 

4 – 5 Year Olds

This class is designed for 4 year olds and 5 year olds who have not yet entered kindergarten. The class focuses on kindergarten readiness skills through the integration of movement, basic gymnastics techniques and music into class activities.  These classes work around a 4 chart goal and reward system to help children chart their accomplishments.

 

1 hour / week (6:1 ratio)

$70 / month
